Mountain Glen Neighborhood Watch
The next Mountain Glen Neighborhood Watch meeting will be taking place on
Friday, June 29th at the pool on Via Santa Clara beginning at 7PM. There have
been a few incidents of vandalism that will be discussed at the meeting.
Sylmar Neighborhood
Council
The City of Los Angeles created Neighborhood Councils during
the last reform of the City Charter. The purpose of Neighborhood Councils is to
give residents within neighborhoods more involvement in quality of life issues
impacting their community. Committees have been formed and regular meetings are
being held on a number of different issues.

Mission College Expansion
As many of you are aware, Mission College is undergoing some
construction as they build for the future. As part of their expansion, they plan
to use some of the the land that runs along Harding Blvd. across from the
Mountain Glen Terrace development. Meeting are being held to get community input
