Please be aware that parking is only permitted on one side of each
street within our community. Signs are posted indicating the fire
lanes throughout our development. A tow company is now under contract
with our association to monitor and tow any cars which are parked in
the fire lanes. Please be sure to notify your guests that they must
pay attention to the posted signs in the community.
Issue Resolution
If you have an issue with a neighbor, please try to peacefully resolve the
situation. If you are not able to resolve the situation to your
satisfaction, please contact the homeowner's association for assistance.

Class Action Lawsuit
Many
residents in the community have received a letter regarding about a
potential class action lawsuit against the builders (Wilshire and John
Laing) in this community. Please note that you do not need to respond
to these letters –– the law firm is looking to create a case for their
own monetary gain. Both builders have been responsive to homeowner’s
concerns. If you have issues that you feel need to be addressed,

Architecture Request Form
Would you like to make changes to the exterior of your property? Thinking of
changing your landscaping in either the front or back yard? You will need to
submit your plans for approval before beginning the work. If the changes will impact your neighbors, for example, site lines
due to trees or a shared fence, please click make sure that your neighbors have
